Book a viewing with our team to see the property in person, ask any questions, and make sure it’s the right fit for you. You can book either online or by contacting our office.
Once you’ve found the right property and viewed it, head over to our Applying for a Property page which details the application process.
We’ll carry out referencing and Right to Rent checks through our referencing provider Canopy. This stage helps confirm affordability, identity, and suitability for the tenancy.
After your application is approved, we’ll arrange for the tenancy agreement to be signed, collect the required rent and deposit and organise your move-in day and key collection.
