A holding deposit equal to one week's rent is payable once the landlord accepts your application. This holding deposit will contribute towards any security deposit requested. Should no security deposit be requested the holding deposit will instead contribute towards the first months' rent.
It's important to note that this amount will be withheld if any relevant person withdraws from the tenancy, fails a 'Right to Rent' check, provides false or misleading information or fails to sign their tenancy agreement within 15 calendar days of being requested to do so.
A security deposit equal to 5 week's rent is payable upon a successful application and is required in cleared funds before a tenancy begins.
We are required to carry out a 'Right to Rent' check on each applicant, either by ourselves or by our referencing partner which will ascertain as to whether they have the right to rent a property in the United Kingdom.
Each applicant will have to provide a form of ID in order for this to be carried out.
The first month's rent is required in cleared funds before the day your tenancy starts. This can be paid in cash, cheque or by bank transfer. If paying by cheque this must be paid 5 working days before your tenancy is due to begin.
To apply and submit a lettings offer we require the full name, phone number and email address of each applicant over the age of 18 who will be using the property as their primary address.
