Tenant Charges

Before your Tenancy

The following fees are charged to you before your tenancy begins and are required in clear funds before we can supply you with an application form.
  • £48 Referencing Fee

    Paid per applicant and covers the cost of 3rd party referencing.

  • £108 Administration Fee

    Paid per application and covers the cost of drawing up the tenancy agreement, paperwork relating to the application and protecting your deposit and is fully refundable should you choose not to proceed with the tenancy.

During your Tenancy

  • £50 Fixed Term Tenancy Agreement

    Should you wish to extend your tenancy on either a fixed 6 or 12 month agreement we are required by law to re-protect your deposit. This fee covers the cost of re-protecting your deposit as well as drawing up the new tenancy agreement.

    Please note that if you wish to continue your tenancy on a rolling basis there is no charge.

Believe it or not that is all we charge our tenants for during the life of their tenancy.

Prices above include VAT at 20% and can be paid by either bank transfer, cash or cheque.

We can accept credit and debit cards however there is a 3% surcharge.

Should you change your mind during the application process the administration fee of £108 will be refunded to you.

Maintenance Issue?

Should you have an issue with your property and we manage your tenancy (you pay your rent every month to us) please contact our office to report the issue. Should the issue arrise out of office hours and providing the issue is considered an emergency (light bulbs blowing is not an emegency!) please contact an appropriate contractor and let us know the following working day.
