Which property portals do we use?
Properties advertised through us are listed on our own website, OnTheMarket, Zoopla and other locations such a Facebook, etc.
What about Find Only or Rent Collection?
Details about these additional services can be found below. The same fully managed pre-tenancy service applies for these.
Do you add a % to contractor bills?
Unlike some agents we do not add a % onto contractor bills. The contractors we use would charge you the same if you went directly to them.
Where are the hidden fees?
Nothing is hidden, everything we do throughout the life of the tenancy is included in the initial letting fee or the monthly management charge.
What about multi-agency lettings?
We are happy to work alongside another again however we have a limit of up to one additional agent.
Do you carry out property inspections?
With our fully managed tenancies, inspections are performed throughout the life of the tenancy at least once a year.
Do you notify the utility companies?
Yes we inform the electric and gas suppliers as well as the local authority about a change in occupancy at the start and end of the tenancy.
What is a Right to Rent check?
It must be checked whether a tenant has the legal right to rent a residential property in England. This is automatically carried out by our referencing partner.
With the tenant fee ban have you increased landlord charges?
No, our landlord charges are as they were before the Tenant Fees Bill which came into effect from June 1 2019.
